Holiday weekend
We played here for the first time. Course was in good shape. Well maintained. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Was dissapointed there was no clubhouse. Course is good for new Golfers , seniors and ladies. Short but easy to walk. Will return
Mass golf
Not the best shape, new still needs to mature, build main pro shop
moment
beautiful and nice condition nice to get out in the spirit of the monent
Sand covered greens
The greens were covered in sand. I got to play 18 for $26 through golf now but I would never pay full price for 9 or 18
Painfully Slow
Disclaimer:
We were the first group out after a league.
Now saying that... We walked off after the 4th hole when we were 1 hour and 37 minutes into the round. We were warned that it would be slow but this was beyond bearable. The on course ranger was extremely polite and apologized for the pace of play but didn't find it neccasary to close the number of gaps ahead.
The course itself is situated in the middle of a new development but doesn't take anything away from being picturesque. The fairways are extremely well groomed and the greens are near perfect with true roll. Since it was our first time out, we were directed by the owner/manager to notice different holes including the 9th island green. It's a shame we couldn't get to see half the course. The staff is extremely friendly.
It does lack a clubhouse (one is being built, I'm told) and it seems as if the members are catered to much more than the daily fee player. Where the course only stretches to a mere 3000 yards from the tips, the course has a "members only" policy to play from the back.
If you can get around, this would be perfect for the shorter hitter or the player looking to work on the shorter irons. (Although, you can play every club in the bag).
I hope to make it back. It would be a great ego boost for personal scoring. But over 3 hours for 9 holes on a Monday afternoon is tough to swallow.
a south shore gem and hidden secret
A great deal and enjoyable round of golf. Highly reccomend.
Good corse poor management
The corse overall was nice.. It gets two stars in my book bc we were charged the cart rate even when booking through golf now where it specify says cart included.. Unhappy with this up charge and will not return to this corse. There are many other better priced options in the area for this bait and switch.

Course is in decent shape with a couple of greens needing some work, but only on small portions of the greens.
A hidden gem!
I had no idea this course existed until a couple of weeks ago. This 9-hole course is tucked away in a 55+ living community and I can see why not many people know about it.
The course is in great shape. A couple of the greens had some brown spots on them, but for the most part, the greens, fairways, bunkers etc, were in great shape!
The course is slightly on the smaller side, with the par 5's reachable with 2 shots if you hit a good tee shot. Some holes are some what challenging with the slopes, dog logs, hazards and not to forget the island green on the 9th. Make sure you have some spare golf balls. With the hidden hazards, it is very easy to lose a few balls.
The major disadvantage - NO club house, but the golf pro mentioned that one is in the works and should hopefully be open as of 2015.
Highly recommended course, especially on a clear day. It felt as though you were playing in the Carolinas or Florida. Slightly on the expensive side, so make sure you find a good deal. The going rate of $55.00 is too expensive as it is only a 9-hole course and on the small side, but at a good price, this course is a no brainer! Keep your eye out for some deals. I found a "hot deal" - the pro mentioned that he has heard of some people paying as little as $15.00 for 9 holes and a cart. I paid $35.00 for 18 and a cart.

Only 9 holes only thing bad to say about this place
Great surprise
I 'm a relative newbee but played this course with my cousin who's a very good golfer and plays all over. He was as excited about this course as I was. It was in great condition and the staff was super friendly. I'd go again in a heartbeat.
Short
For $70 to play 9 holes for 2 guys on a cart seemed very high. This course has a trailer and is slightly more than executive Par 3. No signs on the tee box, and the greens are OK at best. Pace of play is great because the course is so short.
Hidden gem
Course has only been open for a few years but you could tell by the quality of fairways and greens. No clubhouse yet, check in at tiny construction trailer. Staff could not have been nicer. Nice layout best sand bunkers . Tempted to keep this place a secret. Would recommend better signage or score card showing how layout.
Nice short course
Fairways + greens in good condition. Enjoyable to play. Well designed + constructed. a little overpriced.
Sorry to hear about your experience. They have made some changes this year where there is not much back ups as in previous years. I live on a tee box and have noticed very few slow days. Black tees can be played by single digit players, not just members. the course is in fabulous shape and the club house should be started soon.
