Fun track, slightly over priced
Played 9 holes, sunday at noon in early May. First off the greens were a lot better than I was expecting. They were in great condition free of ball marks and dead spots. Greenside rough was well kept making chipping fun and poor lies not taking away from the experience. Since its a par 3 on most holes fairways didn’t really matter, although on a few holes there were some deadspots. I played 9 holes for $25 + golfnow fees / person which felt like a few bucks too expensive but otherwise this was a fun track and s great place to work on irons out of the tee box.
Course management
Staff is great during this tough time. Gary in the pro shop was very helpful and would be a shame to lose his expertise on managing this course.

Big Irons
Great sea side long executive course. Mostly a par 3 with a couple challenging par 4's sprinkled in. will probably play irons most of the day with maybe a hybrid club on a few holes. If you are in the city and want to play a quick 9 around lunch this course is a hidden gem for sure.
Challenging Course
Very challenging little gem of a course in Nahant. Very breezy and a gorgeous day on the course. Lots of reeds and marshes. Being end of a summer without rain meant dried out fairways, but good news for getting a good run on the ball. Greens are hard to read and undulating. Nice little course.
So, the course is owned by the town, so not sure if the gentleman who checked us in was paid by town or a separate entity, but he was very abrupt and condescending. At the conclusion of our round I went back over to ask him a question and he kept interrupting me with what he anticipated my question would be. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but his attitude was not necessary. Checking folks in for golf and answering questions of guests should not produce a bad experience for him or me. We did, in fact, pay for our round.
Target golf
Short course but still gives you a challenge. Many hazards and forces you to focus and play it smart.
Worst golfing experience
It was the worst golfing experience I have ever had. The fairways were poorly groomed lumpy bumpy with long grass making it hard to find your ball. The pace was so slow I was pulling my hair out. The greens were well maintained however and the pro shop man was nice. The golf carts were nice.
Fun course to play
A fun little course, grate place to have a golf course, some very nice small greens, steep false fronts, a couple hogs back greens, no stress.
Great value. Beautiful location by the water.
It was a really short course but there are a few longer holes. Nice wide fairways. Pretty flat. Easy to walk. Can’t beat the location. Staff was friendly and polite. They had beer, wine and snacks. I’ll be back!
Nice little gem
Cool little course on the ocean. Had a great time practicing my wedges. Course lay out was weird at first but you figure it out pretty easily. Pretty solid condition, I was the only one out there. Great spot to learn.
