Course conditions
Greens are extremely slow and the bunkers have little to no sand in them

For the amount of play the maintenance crew does a fantastic job
Greens are very slow and bunkers are terrible very little sand if any
Short but Challenging
This course is relatively short, especially the front with no par 5s and some short 4s, but requires accuracy to play well. Greens were in great shape. Traps were a bit bare and not cut too sharp, but that’s more for the eye than anything else. The one thing thats tricky at times is the course’s holes run tight to each other so people are shouting fore a bit!

Greens, fairways, and rough all in great shape. Bunkers need a lot of work, but overall, thus course is in good condition

Still in great condition. Good flat course and good walking conditions. Easy to reach from highway.well worth a try, you won't regret it.

As always this course is in great condition. Staff great. The course is enjoyable and a challenge on some holes. Easy access quick from highway. Worth the visit.
Excellent round of golf
I have played Candlewood Valley many times over the last 35 years. The course was by far in the best shape it’s ever been, a testament to the greens keeper. This was a fun round, not a killer and highly enjoyable. A great deal at $47 with cart.

agreed, the bunkers need work. very hard bunkers, no "give" at all to the sand. something for them to look at in the future
