9th/18th Hole Insomnia
The complexity of the last hole on the nine hole track will make you lose sleep. Tee box conditions could be a tad better. Staff and amenities were top notch. Greens a treat as well. Nice place location wise for a course but just needs a little more TLC.
Fun shorter course
Course was in good shape. Very pretty location. Staff was very helpful, and there are some challenging holes.
great place to sit and look at water while having lunch. would definitely play again.
Accommodating
Was running late, they got me right on, beautiful course and very challenging
Golf with sea views
Amazing experience. Golfing with sea views is wonderful. You will see the water from hole 4 and 9. The course is very compact, well maintained. Very casual with different levels of obstacles. The amenities are great. There is a Tiki bar with a poil and the restaurant by the golf course is very nice too. A must try.
NOT A REAL GOLF COURSE
This golf facility has 18 holes where there should be room for about 6.We have crossing fairways,240 yard par 4's,a driving range about 20 yards wide and 180 yards long in-between 2 fairways. This place is comedic, dangerous, frustrating, and muddy .This is a golf only review.
Good value
It was nice to see Warwick Neck area and the course has some nice views. This is not a course you want to play in wet weather. We had a nice outing and the price was right. We really enjoyed stopping at the 19th hole pavilion with beautiful views.
Excellent
Love this place can’t beat the views and the greens have really took off lately very unique challenging course
Great value with s great view
Second time playing this course yea the fairway could benefit from more love and water but overall just a nice 9 hole with some stunning views. Water comes into play on a few holes. Not a super difficult course but will challenge you in few places. 19$ walking is a great deal and a nice workout so rush there and enjoy . Super friendly staff really nice folks. And the drinks at the 10th with that view are pure delight
A great time with amazing water views
After some of the reviews, did not know what to expect. Upon arrival super friendly staff they gave us a coupon for a food rebate which we used that evening. Very fun course, the fairways could use some water and work for sure to make it a stellar course but even without that we are a great time. We moved the ball a few time to find grass but some really fun and interesting holes. We had a great time thanks and what a view of the harbor !!!!!
Finish the round with a dinner facing the water just a great fun day golfing ... just go there you will not regret
Nice Course
The only problems are that the fairways were brown and the tree in the 7th fairway is dumb...The greens were pristine, and the staff was nice...Will play again
Wonderful Venue - but not so much for golf
I played this course because my wife and I are always looking for new water front restaurants. Harbor Lights is a beautiful facility. I would not hesitate to consider it for a wedding. And it's certainly a beautiful place to have dinner or just a drink with friends. The scenery is the best RI has to offer with the marina, club house, pool and other amenities. Now for the golf course. It's what I call a hard hat course: 9 holes on c. 7 holes of real estate. There is a number of places on the course where it's not unreasonable to be and there's a good chance you could be hit by a ball. The fairways were baked out. I did see sprinkler heads near greens but don't recall seeing any in the fairways. There were 2 greens (don't recall the holes) that had upper and lower levels separated by a very steep incline. In both cases, the cups had been cut at the forward edge of the upper level leaving virtually no room below the cup. I had a 3 foot right to left putt that ended up 30 feet away from the cup at the front (bottom) of the green. On the other such green, my approach shot ended up on the lower level. My first putt stopped c. 5 feet below the hole and ended up at the bottom f the green further away from the hole than where I started. The greens were in reasonably good condition c. 9 on the stemp meter.. Tees were fair and very dry (the lady I played with had trouble pegging her ball). I used my driver on only 3 or 4 holes n each side because I wanted to be able to hit mid to long irons for 2nd shots. I checked yes, I do recommend this course. But keep in mind that the emphasis here is not golf. If you play here, I highly recommend you use all available resources. I had a great G&T at the outdoor bar overlooking the marina and the view definitely enhanced the experience. I hear the food in the restaurant is excellent and I'm looking forward to taking my wife there for dinner before then end of summer.
Off the beaten path
This out of the way little course was a joy to play. The greens were spectacular , and the location is great with water views . The deal we got was unbeatable.
