2nd, par-3, 203 yards. The longest and most difficult par-3 on the course. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/25/2022

You’ll need a solidly struck iron to find the fourth green in regulation. Par-3, 152. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/25/2022

The par-4 fifth, which plays uphill at 303 yards, is as tough as nails for a short hole. Fives and sixes are likely far more common here than scores of three. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/25/2022

The sixth may not be a long hole, but it is the #5 index. The views are compensation, though, for any woes you may experience. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/25/2022

Green six is well guarded by a frontal pond. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/25/2022

Loudon’s fourteenth is a drive and pitch hole of 386, where most golfers will choose to lay up before the large pond. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/25/2022

Greens are well kept but very compact and unreceptive
Always a pretty scene here and great value and challenge. I feel the greens as well kept as they are may be just a bit too fast and compact. Very few ball marks is also a great sign of courteous golfers. Golf range needs much improvement and care. Still a great time at very reasonable rates
Good and challenging
Some of the best greens I have played on. Some fairways were average but over all course was in good shape. Clubhouse needs updating
Hidden gem?
Friend and I each drove a couple hours to meet up for a round of Friday fall golf. Both agreed we’d play here again. Staff in pro shop, lounge, and on-course were friendly and competent. Course was in great shape, challenging, but not overly so. Greens are a little hard to read, but that just wants to make you go back for another try. Four hour round including hot dogs at the turn. Food was good. Drinks were cold. Bathrooms clean. Areas for improvement: Driving range tee area is mats on concrete (ouch), and the clubhouse is in need of a little repair work.
Nice layout
Course is challenging for someone playing it for the first time.
Fun course to play
My wife and I had a great time playing Loudon CC.
The course was in great shape and we especially liked the silver tees. We're both over 70 and I am disabled. The silver tees gave us a chance to play competitively.
