This coarse has some challenging holes
People here are great. Pro shop staff is very nice. Last hole is tricky. Go for the boulder on second shot!
9 hole coarse
Comfortable place to play. All are frienfly and coatse in great confition
Friendly Course
Staff, as well as other players we encountered, were all very pleasant and friendly. Pace of play was good, we were a twosome behind and in front of two other twosomes. The course layout is fine, not a favorite, but not bad either. The rough is pretty thick, there’s a premium for being in the fairway. Greens are deceptive. Speed is consistent throughout the course, but man, putts don’t break nearly as much as I read. Definitely worth $20 for 9, great value.
Staff
Excellent, friendly, and hot us teeibg off right on time
First Visit
Hidden gem! NH"s second oldest golf course and it was a pleasing experience. I was able to meet a long-term member who shared the Country Club will be breaking ground on a new club house shortly.
Greens were in perfect condition and played quick. The fairways were a bit tight, but didn't feel like they were on top of one-another.
Quite a few challenging holes. 6 out of 9 holes are drivable.
Fun course. Front desk was friendly. Groundskeepers consistently driving/working through every hole while playing today. They did not mention major bunker repair on 6. Just watch out for the tractors I guess.
Nice course
For the money, pace of play you can’t beat it for 9 holes. If you play peak times it will take 2+ hours but during morning and off hour tee times you can get around in less than 1:30. Greens are in excellent condition
Nice 9 hole course
People there are pretty terrific from the Pro Shop folks to the on-course folks like the guy with the pipe and the guy with the dog.
Pace of play was a little slow due to walkers but that's understandable. You do have to be a little careful with stray shots as holes can be close to each other, specifically your 6th tee drive wandering out into the 7th hole fairway and tee area. Again, that's fairly typical here in New England.
