The condition of the course is above average and the greens are in great shape, that is the reason for a fair rating. The course is very narrow and the greens have no give, the ball must go into the cup. This course gets a lot of play which can result in a long time to complete your round. The times that I played this course there were no rangers on the course and the group in front of us took all day. I don't plan on playing this course again.
