First Time
It was clear that we were playing a semi-private course. Tee markers would have helped and bar was closed for an after-round beer. Course is challenging but mostly flat. Greens were tough but well-kept,
I would like to try it again.
great course
everything was good except the two guys cleaning the traps that were ahead of use on most of the holes&would not stop and get out of the way,
Excellent course
The course is in excellent shape. Greens are fast and roll true. A quirky, but excellent course.
Great time as Always
Hard to complain about this Gem only advice I can give is stay below the hole greens are always quick......
Great Old Classic
Have played here many times sadly we caught the aeration schedule in early May course was still in great shape looking forward to coming back this summer
Fighting wind …
Then tee colors very upside down with remnants of recent aeration still impacting round… aeration is short term and when Mother Nature and grounds crew finish this is a MUST play course
Our group will return and into the late Fall
SNEAKY
If a course doesn't disclose that they've just aerated, when booking a tee time, the round should be free...you got me!
Good conditions
Defined fairways ,, greens good ,,you get a good golfers lie on there grass
76 years later, finally played here..
Wonderful day of golf for my 88 year old dad and I. He used to caddy the course when he was 10-12 years old. Played it for the very first time almost 80 years later. The course was in great shape considering the drought. Slightly long and challenging, some fun dog legs, shots over water, and plenty of bunkers guarding greens. The staff and their generosity really shined. They greeted us and lunch was complimentary. I'd definitely play there again even without the celebratory fanfare.
Nice course
First time here. Pretty Good. Normally I play old scotty or WB/Riverbend. This course has a good course layout.
Ignorant and arrogant
Club house guy was extremely rude and not friendly to the idea of booking a tee time through golf now. Very unwelcoming due to it being a private course and seem to be a lot of snobby people there
