I Recommend This Course
Return after 2 years
It's been 2 years since playing here due to the pandemic and the fact I live on the west coast. It was great to come back the course was in great condition and I managed the best round I've had on this layout. The course has a lot of challenging holes where tee shot placement is important. Even though there has been a lot of rain this year. The fairways were excellent, although I didn't the roll out that I'd ordinarily get. But that was ok, since it was in great shape. Also, finished the 18 holes in under 4 hours.

Ranch meets expectation
Paid about double usual fee for the corses I play but worth the extra. Great fun fast green challenging pins. If you expect to score the same as your home course don’t. Just have fun with the fast green and experience the professional feel. Just a blast

US Open Course
Can't be walked. Blind shots. Ridiculous rough (no first-cut, straight into gnarly 4+ inches). Silly fast greens with slope that would otherwise be challenging and fun. It's a public course with tournament setup. Bring you A-game or else, and if you don't have an A-game, go somewhere with a reasonable test of golf.

Wowza!
Each time I go to the Ranch, I'm more impressed.
The course is beautiful, well maintained, challenging and fun. Other than less than 90+ degree weather, its hard to ask for more. They even had someone driving around the course handing out towels soaked in ice. Near perfect day
