Great local course
They have already started all of their off season maintenance so the course wasn’t in primo shape but it’s a lot of fun and a nice calm quite course to play during the week. I really enjoyed playing here.
The back nine is definitely more challenging with blind shots and dog legs but it was perfect for the shorter yardage course set up.
I loved it.
Great deal
I recomend this course to friends. Fron 9 is easy compared to the back.
How to run a tee sheet
Arrive at course expecting a frost delay was told by Randy that my time is gone due to frost. So a frost delay isn’t a delay it’s frost elimination? What kind of backwards crap is that? If that how you are going to run a tee sheet like this then at least call me to tell me this instead of wasting my time. You guys absolutely failed at generating the most revenue which is the overall point correct? Brian I would love to hear to your response to this madness. This review is strictly based on the customer service I received by Randy.. Will never waste my time or anyone else’s on this place no matter the “value”.
Gardner
This is one of the best courses around and has tremendous bang for its buck perfect course for any decently skilled golfer and even for those with more experience loved it and will always go back
Great public course
One of the nicest, friendly, challenging public courses I have played.
Very good conditions despite the rain. Fairways and rough were excellent. Greens rolled well but definitely on the slower side. Sub 4 hour round. Front is short but a lot of fun - except for the monster par 3 3rd. Back is totally different and very challenging, last 3 holes are outstanding
Great course
Played with some local gentlemen. Course has everything one needs. Great company, Great Course
Course is in good shape.
We got there early, very busy. Lots of confusion from starter, told us they were behind. Went to practice green, go yelled at for taking cart, we got called to first tee, they had another 3 groups before us, like I said very confusing.
OK, the course is good, best condition I have seen in a long time, challenging holes force you to make blind shots. Some tough lies, hilly, raised greens.
It was a slow round as it was busy and golfers were not ready to play. I would play again hopefully with better treatment.
Course is in very good condition from tee boxes to fairways to greens. Pace of play was reasonable. Some of the par 3 are long and challenging but the greens are very true and roll nicely. Overall an enjoyable day of golf.
Great experience
Gardner golf club is an excellent course. Nice and easy holes to get started so you feel good about your round. Then some challenging holes. Tee boxes and greens in great shape
Course layout
I’m a novice golfer and don’t play frequently but this course great for average player. Front nine very nice and open , back nine much more challenging but if you can keep it near the fairways, you will have great results. All the greens in fantastic condition.
Fun test
This is a great play to play friendly staff great service wonderful course conditions. Always have a good time there. From the white or blue tees a good test of golf
MC
Decent course
Worth the $$$, do not walk the back, ask to play with Kevin
Pleasantly surprised
I drove 75+ minutes to get here, initially I saw the hot deal listed at 25, and when I checked back it jumped to 43. It was still worth the money and I learned my lesson about letting a deal like that sit. Very forgiving course, par 5s are easy to score and there are plenty of holes you can use your driver on. Some very nice views on this course, hilly, but very fun to play.
