Twin Springs Golf Course
About
Twin Springs Golf Course sprawls across a lush green meadow that formerly served as a dairy farm. There are some gently rolling hills but it's still a very walkable course and the elevations offer glimpses of the beautiful Mount Wachusett in the distance. The nine-hole course is modest in length and player friendly enough for beginners, but beware of the small, sloped greens, which can be tricky for even the best golfers. The springs that the golf course gets its name from provide water hazards on nearly every hole. There are two signature holes, the par-3 fourth and the par-4 sixth, both of which are classic risk-reward challenges. Twin Springs Golf Course's 140-yard fourth hole starts at the top of a hill and then tumbles down to a wide, shallow green that is guarded in front by a brook. This hole can be especially tough if it's a windy day.

Great golf course at a great price.
Great golf course at a great price. The course is well maintained and very challenging. Love the LONG drives.
only good for a last minute tee time
Some of the worst conditions I've ever encountered although I'm somewhat new to golf.
Fall construction in progress
They are rebuilding all tee boxes, so you have to hit off of temporary tees for now, but they discounted their green fees to account for that. This course has an interesting layout with elevation changes and I used to play there a lot about 10 years ago.
I took a couple of divots out of the 7th fairway and both uncovered 5 to 10 live grubs. Also, crabgrass is starting to establish itself in some fairways. I hope the course takes care of these issues because, with the new tee boxes, this course could be one of the best 9-hole offerings in the area next year as long as the tees, fairways, and greens were kept in good shape.
Very nice course and a bit of a challenge.
I found the corse well maintained and nature very good.
Perfect family course. Great for beginers.
The greens are in very good shape, and the course is open, so it is a very nice track to teach and practice on. Pace of play was fantastic for a Sunday afternoon. I played with my wife and son(both beginners) and we played in exactly 2 hours.
The tee boxes could use a little help.
Fun little 9
I got a great deal by combining a Hot Deal from Golfnow.com and then a promo code for a buy 1 get 1 free. All told, I paid less than $20 total for 2 of us to play 9 holes with a cart, an unbeatable price. The course was well-maintained, and challenging with its tiny greens. Had a great time, and will definitely be back.
summary - you get what is advertised
A decent 9 hole public course. Conditions were good especially considering the weather we have had this summer and the amount of play that the course gets.
No employees in sight - the group in front had 5 hackers sharing clubs really slowed things down greatly.
Great venue for quick 9 holes.
Course has added carts in past few years which greatly speed up pace of play. Not particularly long but some challenging holes with water and sand. Played 9 the other day with group of 3 on 1:45. Also grass driving range which is best kept secret in area!
Decent course.
The greens and fairways are in great shape the tee boxes are not in good condition.
Nice green, challenging slopes
Took us a little longer to play 9 due to waiting. Too many were teeing off at the same time. The shop needs more than one person...too many were waiting in line.
9 holes only
this is a 9 hole, par 34 course, two par 3's the rest of the holes are par 4's. Longest hole is almost 400 yards, shortest (both par 3's) are 140 yards, This is a well maintained course, great for beginners and moderate players, excellent golfers might not feel as challenged but for people with over 15 handicaps should like the course. They have a small club house that serves food and alcohol. i play here at least one a week and more often than not twice, it is a good golf course.
