Blackledge Country Club is home to two championship golf courses that are both known as some of the best golf in the greater Hartford area. Opened in 1963, Anderson Glen is known as the "Old Course" while Gilead Highlands, opened in 2000, is known as the "New Course."
Gilead Highlands, or the "New Course," joined the original golf course at Blackledge Country Club, Anderson Glen, in 2000. They share the same parkland setting but the courses are unique in character. The "Old Course" provides a more traditional round while Gilead Highlands is slightly shorter, but also a bit more challenging.
